公司經過多年的科研攻關，已經攻克氣相法（CVD工藝）批量生產高純超細碳化硅粉的技術障礙，生產出的碳化硅微粉，屬3C相β型，純度達到4N-5N；顆粒均勻，粒徑主要分布在450-1300nm，形態呈球狀；硅碳摩爾比近似1：1；因其在高濃度的氬氣和氫氣環境下生成，顆粒內部無氧。這種粉料是研磨拋光芯片襯底及生產高端碳化硅器件的原料，器件在半導體制造工藝裝備中都有廣泛應用，如：研磨拋光吸盤、光刻吸盤、檢測吸盤、精密運動平臺、蝕刻環節的高純碳化硅部件、封裝檢測環節中精密運動系統等，其次，光伏硅生產用的碳化硅槳也用到這種高純超細碳化硅粉。

After years of scientific research, the company has overcome the technical barriers of mass production of high-purity ultrafine silicon carbide powder by gas phase method (CVD process). The silicon carbide powder produced is of 3C phase β type with a purity of 4N-5N; Mainly distributed at 450-1300nm, the shape is spherical; the molar ratio of silicon to carbon is approximately 1:1; because it is formed in a high-concentration argon and hydrogen environment, there is no oxygen inside the particles. This powder is the raw material for grinding and polishing chip substrates and producing high-end silicon carbide devices, which are widely used in semiconductor manufacturing process equipment, such as: grinding and polishing suction cups, photolithography suction cups, detection suction cups, precision motion platforms, and high-purity silicon carbide components in the etching process, precision motion systems in packaging and testing links, etc. In addition, this high-purity ultra-fine silicon carbide powder is also used in the silicon carbide slurry used in the production of photovoltaic silicon.
